Fixed Magazine AR Build Class In this hands-on class you’ll learn how to build your own Massachusetts-compliant fixed magazine AR-15 starting from a completely stripped lower receiver. By the end of the class, you will walk out with a fully assembled rifle that you built yourself. This class is designed for both beginners and experienced shooters who want a deeper understanding of the AR platform. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step through the entire process, explaining how each component works and how the system functions as a whole. During the class you will learn: • How the AR-15 platform works • Lower receiver assembly from a stripped lower • Trigger group installation • Buffer system and stock installation • Proper use of tools and components • How fixed magazine compliance works in Massachusetts • Basic maintenance and future upgrades Each student will build their own Mass compliant fixed-magazine AR and gain the knowledge and confidence to service or modify their rifle in the future. No prior gunsmithing experience is required. By the end of the class you’ll not only own a compliant AR — you’ll understand exactly how it works because you built it yourself.
